At our De Pere location within Caraton Commons, we are committed to providing a comfortable and secure environment for our residents. Our facility boasts three buildings, collectively offering 60 beds, creating an intimate and personalized atmosphere. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, ensuring resident comfort and privacy. Additionally, we prioritize resident safety by implementing enhanced security measures, including secured doors in two of the buildings. To cater to the diverse needs of our residents and their families, we offer flexible payment options, including private pay.

Ernest “Ernie” H is our resident of the month for March. Ernie has lived at Caraton Commons since 2021. His favorite food is steak, and he enjoys fall because of the cool weather and the colors. Ernie grew up in Ohio and when asked what his favorite childhood memory is he said, “going hunting with my dad.” He has lived in Green Bay for over 50 years! Ernie was asked what piece of advice he would give someone, and he said, “relax and enjoy life!” We are extremely blessed to have Ernie as a resident at Caraton Commons De Pere!

Alicia is our employee of the month for March. Alicia has worked with us for 7 years and 3 months and is our wonderful cook for all three of our buildings. Alicia is a loving mom of 5 kids and 4 grandkids. In her free time Alicia enjoys going to the movies, bowling, and binge watching her favorite shows. Alicia is a great cook and enjoys a good BBQ in the summer with her kids and grandchildren. Her favorite thing about working at Caraton Commons is the residents, staff, and making delicious food for all to enjoy. In 10 years, Alicia sees herself living in a different state living her best life. Her one piece of advice for her coworkers is it continue to do your best and be your best. Don't let anyone tell you, you can’t do it because you can! We are very blessed to have Alicia on our team!
